Purpose and legal basis of the processing

  1. The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness (pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter b) and letter c) of EU Reg. 2016/679) for the following purposes:
    • Browsing this website;
    • Possible compilation of data collection forms, login and/or contact request with sending of information requested for contractual or pre-contractual needs;
    • Computerized membership through online application completion to comply with legal, regulatory and community legislation obligations;
    • Manage any litigation (warnings; transactions; debt collection; arbitration; legal disputes, etc.).
  2. For receiving newsletters and promotions, market research or other sample research and direct sales, information material, for the detection of the degree of satisfaction, commercial and advertising material or material relating to events and initiatives, by the Data Controller via automated means such as email or other means for which you have given your consent via a specific virtual button placed at the end of the reference form (pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of EU Regulation 2016/679).

Types of data processed

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days. The site uses technical and section cookies to guarantee its functionality. These cookies do not collect information relating to browsing activities.

Optional nature of data provision

Communication of personal data

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Personal data collected for statistical analysis purposes are anonymized.

The storage of personal data provided depends on the purpose of the processing:

  • For contact request (maximum 1 year);
  • Receiving newsletters or promotional communications in general via email (until opt-out).

Rights of interested parties
